Admisions
The admissions process in 4 stages:
Stage 1: Contact us
You can also go to the Open Doors days that provide a privileged opportunity to visit the facilities with your child, without haste, at your own pace. The visit is individualized and accompanied by a member of the school staff.
Stage 2: School visit
The first information visit is usually proposed during school hours, when it is best to “take the pulse” of the school.
Parents are greeted by the admissions staff or by the Nursery director. If you are interested in the years of Nursery 2-6 years.
The visit to the facilities is complemented by the presentation of our ideology and educational project, the organization of the studies according to the stage of interest and above all, it is about answering all your questions and clarifying any doubts.
At the end of the visit, you may, if you wish, fill out the application form for a place and subsequently deliver it to the secretary.
Stage 3: Intake interview
The director of the school welcomes you personally accompanied by your child. From 1st grade of Primary, it will be necessary to attend the interview with the grades of the last three terms.
Getting to know the future student better, understanding what the family’s expectations are and presenting in detail how your child’s life will develop in our school are one of the objectives of the interview.
It is also about making sure that your child will feel comfortable in a trilingual educational system. Depending on your school of origin, the need for a particular test (s) in languages will be assessed to identify possible level gaps and anticipate a suitable support system to facilitate a successful incorporation into our centre.
At the end of the interview, or after the test if applicable, the confirmation of the place offer will be communicated to you.
Stage 4: Formalisation of registration
- Provide the documents related to your child (identity, previous schooling, medical data)
